Pizza Piazza is a long established brand specialising in quality pizza, pasta and grill offerings.
We have substantially upgraded the premises (many of which are listed buildings), developed new brand operations and expanded and improved the menus.
With menu innovation we have returned to the traditional routes of pizza baking by introducing stone baked pizzas. The Pizza
Organic launch took us into a new area of
innovation.
We have always looked ahead to provide the discerning public with new innovative
ideas to provide an enjoyable restaurant ambience and menu content. We have become increasingly aware of the tremendous public switch to organic food with all the major
supermarkets introducing ever more options within organic produce. The menu's have been developed to provide a wider pizza/pasta option with most restaurants providing a grill option. Inventive dishes have been created including Lobster & Lime, a pizza served with crayfish, coronet of lime, capers, red Leicester & Mozzarella mix and sprinkled with coriander & spring onion on a sweet chilli & tomato base. Our Frittata's are oven baked Italian style omelettes with many mouth watering ingredients. Alternatively we have a range of new pasta dishes including, Linguine di Mare, Polpette Arrabiatta (for those who like something a little hotter) or our Penne Carnevale al Forno with chicken, pepperoni and hot chillies, oven baked in a Sicilian sauce and topped with melted mozzarella. It must be stressed however that we are not in any shape or form a campaigning agent nor do we have any political affiliations. We simply want to offer good organic produce with a varied menu including meat, fish, egg and cheese dishes, all completely free from chemicals. Anyone wishing to describe a particular dish as organic needs to be accredited by one of the various certifying bodies such as the Soil Association. All our organic restaurants are fully accredited.
Continuing on the theme of healthier and fresher foods we have introduced cool, fresh and funky menu offering. The combination of quality fresh food at competitive prices in a high class ambience is the driving logic. Our guests are introduced to an ample choice of shellfish, chicken, red meat, fish and vegetable options from Oven Baked Sardines to Baked Garlic Mushrooms, from Chargrilled Sea Bass or Salmon Steak to Stonebaked Calzome pizzas and not forgetting our 12 inch stone baked Pizza's, Popoduoma Basket, Spinach & Ham platter or the mouth-watering selection of Gourmet Burgers with Italian Fries. To finish you will not want to miss our new and exciting desserts. We believe that an eating experience should stimulate all senses.
